Facility Maintenance Services at CEC

When people hear “facility maintenance,” they often think of basic upkeep—mowing grass or plowing snow. But it’s much bigger than that, especially on industrial, commercial, and municipal sites.

At Clinton Engineering, facility maintenance means keeping critical infrastructure safe, functional, and ready to perform every day.

Here’s a simple breakdown of what that really looks like.

What Types of Work Fall Under Facility Maintenance?

Clinton Engineering’s facility maintenance services provide a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for nearly any maintenance need a facility may face. If something falls outside our scope, we coordinate trusted partners to get the job done right.

As part of McCarthy-Bush Corporation, we have a large pool of resources to pull from and deliver whatever our clients need. In short: if it affects how your facility operates, we can help.

Our facility maintenance services cover a broad range of disciplines, including:

  • Concrete repairs and replacement
  • Steel erection and structural support
  • Painting and coatings
  • Welding and fabrication
  • Snow removal and ice control
  • Grass and rough grass cutting
  • Traffic control
  • Civil, underground, and utility work

This wide-ranging capability allows clients to rely on one partner instead of juggling multiple contractors.

Why Do Clients Call Us?

Clients typically call Clinton Engineering when they’re dealing with urgent, time-sensitive issues. These are often situations where infrastructure has failed, or safety is at risk—such as damaged concrete or utility issues that need immediate attention. We’ve supported these clients with everything from emergency repairs to ongoing maintenance work that keeps their facilities running without disruption.

Preventative Work

One of the most valuable tools in facility maintenance is inspection. Routine inspections performed by our team or qualified subcontractors can identify early signs of wear, damage, or failure. Catching these issues early allows repairs or replacements to happen before they turn into costly shutdowns, safety hazards, or emergency situations.

Urgent Maintenance Issues

Some of the urgent calls we handle include:

  • Water main failures
  • Fire hydrant excavations and repairs
  • Cracked, broken, or spalling roadways
  • Snow and ice emergencies

When these issues arise, timing matters. Having a trusted maintenance partner makes all the difference.

What Sets Clinton Engineering Apart?

Clinton Engineering stands out because of our versatility. We offer a comprehensive, multi-faceted range of services under one roof, backed by experienced teams who understand active, operating environments. Our ability to self-perform services allows us to respond quickly, maintain quality control, and adapt as conditions change.

We approach every project with detailed planning, clear communication, and strict adherence to all applicable safety practices. Our teams are experienced in coordinating work to minimize disruption while keeping people and operations safe.
